Our Process
All our projects start with Requirements Elicitation. During this phase, we formalize with our clients the need they are attempting to meet with this project. Depending on the nature of the project, this process is a multi-discipline effort that results in the development of the Design Requirements Document (DRD), a road-map for the execution of the project. The DRD summarizes:
- The design requirements,
- The project deliverables,
- The list of codes and standards that will be used for the design,
- The project team,
- and a schedule indicating the overall duration of the project, the flow of submission of the deliverable and the set dates for the project progress meeting.
This process has helped our engineers to lead successfully complex projects under budgets and on schedule.
